Cottonwood Management Office is located in Wright, Wyoming and manages rental properties for multiple owners. Wright is a small, but growing community located 38 miles south of Gillette, 75 miles north of Douglas, and about 90 miles northeast of Casper. Cottonwood Mobile Home Park is owned by Kelly, Annie, and Ryan Brandt of Powell, Wyoming. They purchased the mobile home park in 2003.
Wright Manor Apartments is owned by Monte and Norita Ferguson of South Dakota. They purchased the apartment complexes in 2003 also.
